All returns are subject to manager's approval. Always contact seller before returning any item. Any item returned without pre-authorization may not receive credit. Money back or store credit for returns on items for the first (30) days after buyer receives the item. After (30) days after buyer receives item, returns will be taken on a case by case basis and a authorization will be needed before the item is returned. After (30)days of receipt, if item is approved for return, only store credit will be allowed. Items that have been opened and/or damaged may be subject to a restocking fee.
